Romatem began as a single physical therapy centre in Samsun in 2005. Twenty years later it is a rehabilitation network of 11 centres: 3 clinical hotels, 3 rehabilitation hospitals and 5 outpatient clinics across Türkiye, Germany, Azerbaijan and Northern Cyprus.
The model did not change on the way: intensive, therapist-led rehabilitation with the device inventory to support it, measured with named instruments and written up for the patient and the referring physician.

Where rehabilitation is rationed by capacity, the wait is spent in the weeks when recovery is fastest.
After a stroke, a spinal cord injury or a brain injury, the first months decide more than any later ones. Where inpatient rehabilitation is funded but rationed, that time is spent on a waiting list. That timing argument matters more than the cost argument.
We publish the device availability matrix because families need to know which device is at which centre before they book, and because a network that is clear about what is where is easier to trust. We do not publish success rates: outcomes depend on the starting level, the diagnosis and the goal, and a single percentage across a mixed population is not a meaningful figure.
