Romatem Move Cyprus opens with a public ceremony
Built by Romatem Group and Oscar Group, the robotic physical therapy and rehabilitation hospital in Northern Cyprus opened with the Prime Minister and the Minister of Health in attendance.
Romatem Move Cyprus Advanced Technology and Robotic Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint project of Romatem Group and Oscar Group, has opened with a large opening ceremony. With its technology infrastructure and robotic rehabilitation systems, the centre is presented as the start of a new period for rehabilitation in Cyprus.
The ceremony was attended by the Prime Minister of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Ünal Üstel, Minister of Health Hakan Dinçyürek, UBP Secretary General Ahmet Savaşan, Romatem Group Chairman Köksal Holoğlu, Oscar Group Chairman Hüseyin Oscar, Oscar Group CEO İbrahim Bağman and the Oscar family, together with officials, representatives of the health sector, business leaders and guests.
Speakers described Romatem Move Cyprus as more than a modern centre for physical therapy and rehabilitation: a strategic investment that adds to Northern Cyprus’s health tourism plans. With robotic rehabilitation technologies and a multidisciplinary approach, the centre is intended to serve both local patients and international patients.
The hospital’s stated aim is to combine a modern understanding of healthcare with advanced technology, and to offer rehabilitation with safety, comfort and high standards.
