Romatem becomes name sponsor of Bursa Uludağ Basketball
The women’s basketball club in the Turkish league takes Romatem’s name; the group’s sports rehabilitation unit will look after the players before and after injury.
Romatem Health Group has become name sponsor of Bursa Uludağ Basketball, which competes in the Turkish Women’s Basketball League. The agreement was launched at Tofaş Sports Hall with Romatem Vice Chair and Operations Director Sinem Çamur, club president Diyar Karakoç, general manager Cemre Altınay and assistant coach Fırat Hikmet.
Rehabilitation before and after injury
“We are very pleased to work with Bursa Uludağ Basketball as their partner,” Sinem Çamur said. “For years we have provided sports rehabilitation in our hospitals and clinics with advanced technology. We will look after the club’s players in our sports rehabilitation unit, before and after injury, with a sports physician alongside.”
She added that the agreement is a name sponsorship as well as a health sponsorship, and described it as a start the group hopes to build on in the coming year.
