For professionals
Partnerships
Institutional collaboration.
Partnership models
Referral agreements with hospitals and clinics, capacity partnerships with insurers and state programmes, and clinical collaboration on device evaluation and training.
What we are interested in
Clinical partnerships with referring hospitals and rehabilitation units, particularly where continuity of care after discharge is the objective. Academic collaboration on outcome measurement and on rehabilitation technology. Arrangements with payers and insurers.
The common thread is that patients are handed over properly rather than passed on.
What we ask of a partner
Clinical documentation that travels with the patient in both directions. A named contact. Agreement on what will be measured, so that a patient moving between us is assessed consistently rather than restarted.
We would rather have fewer arrangements that work than a longer list.
What we will not do
Commission-based referral arrangements that are not disclosed to the patient. Marketing partnerships that present a commercial relationship as a clinical recommendation.
If a patient is referred to us under any arrangement involving payment, they are entitled to know that, and we will tell them.
