For professionals
For insurers and payers
Working with us as a payer.
Payer arrangements
Pre-authorisation, itemised invoicing, treatment reports and case management contact. We can provide bed availability by centre for planning purposes and accept case bundles under agreed rates.
What we can provide to a payer
Itemised invoicing as standard, which is a legal requirement under Turkish health tourism rules rather than an option. Clinical documentation supporting medical necessity. Admission and discharge measurements on named instruments. Completion of payer forms provided to us.
Where a direct billing arrangement is required, that is a contractual discussion we are open to.
What determines cost
Daily therapy hours, programme duration, setting (inpatient, day or outpatient), and whether specialised technology sessions are included. Those four variables account for most of the difference between programmes.
Plans are written against a defined programme with measurable goals rather than against a diagnosis, because the same diagnosis produces very different appropriate programmes.
Why measured outcomes matter to a payer
A programme with defined goals and recorded measurements can be assessed for value. One reported narratively cannot, and that is a problem for the payer as much as for the patient.
We are prepared to be judged on measured change, including where it shows a programme should have ended earlier.
